For nearly three decades, Darryl S. Rice has been working to break cycles of violence, crime, and destructive behavior. As a retired Detroit Police Officer, he saw firsthand how many people kept ending up in the same situations—repeating the same mistakes because they lacked real guidance and support. Instead of watching the pattern continue, he decided to step in and offer something different. In 1996, he started facilitating programs designed to help people take responsibility, make better choices, and move forward with a real plan for change.

At Evay One Services, Darryl leads with integrity, honesty, and a no-nonsense approach to rehabilitation. His work is rooted in accountability, education, and second chances, ensuring that every person who walks through the door gets the tools and support they need to meet their court requirements and take back control of their future. Whether it’s anger management, domestic violence intervention, or personal coaching, he believes that real change starts with real conversations—and he’s here to have them.
